From shared inbox to support desk
Your support inbox was never built for this.
AGA CRM turns the email your customers already write to into tracked tickets, with an owner, a deadline and the full history attached. Connect your business address and your team is working in it the same morning.

The problem
An inbox has no idea who’s handling what.
It was built to deliver mail, not to run a support team.
Nobody owns it
Two agents answer the same customer, or nobody does, because everyone assumed somebody else had picked it up.
Nothing has a deadline
An hour old and a week old look identical in a mail list. The urgent one waits its turn.
The context never travels
Forward it to Finance and the history stays behind, so the customer explains the whole thing again to somebody new.
Inside the product
Everything Your Team Needs to Deliver Better Support.
One platform for conversations, customers, teams and performance. These are the real screens your team works in, not illustrations.
SLA management
Know which customers need attention before response deadlines are missed: open tickets, unassigned work and SLA risk, live.

Customer 360°
Conversations, tickets, calls, orders and notes on one profile, so agents know the customer before they reply.

Team performance
Availability, workload, response and resolution times across the whole support team, live.

Support is business intelligence
Don’t just resolve problems, understand why they keep happening, and where the queue is slowing down.

Inbound channels
Keep the address your customers already use.
There is nothing to migrate and no new address to announce. Connect the mailbox you have today, on any provider, and the next email your customers send arrives as a tracked ticket.
Gmail & Google Workspace
Connect with Google in one click. Mail becomes a ticket the moment it lands, and every reply your agents write threads natively back in Gmail.
OAuth · real-time
Any other provider
Hostinger, Outlook, Zoho, cPanel: anything that speaks IMAP. Replies go back out from the same address, so customers never see a change.
IMAP · checked every 2 min
Your website’s form
One API call turns a contact form submission into a ticket, with the customer profile created, matched and attached automatically.
POST /sync/tickets
However it arrives, it runs the same path, no rules for you to wire up.

Next on the roadmap
The queue behind the inbox is channel-agnostic, new channels plug into the same pipeline.
Chats become tickets, replies go back as messages.
Telegram
SoonSupport bot inbox routed into the same queue.
Facebook & Instagram
SoonDMs and comments, triaged like email.
Built around your business
Answer one question at setup. The workspace does the rest.
Tell us what kind of business you run and the CRM reconfigures itself, the customer table is renamed to match what you sell, the right identity fields appear, and your queue starts with categories your team would have created anyway.
E-commerce / Retail
You sell products online or in store and support buyers.

Security
Your support inbox holds your most sensitive customer data.
Identity documents, payment disputes, account recovery: it all passes through support first. We built for that from the first commit, not as a later add-on.
- Encrypted at rest
- Mailbox tokens and two-factor seeds are sealed before they ever reach the database. Passwords are hashed and never stored in the clear, so they are not recoverable by anyone, us included.
- Two-factor authentication
- Time-based codes from any authenticator app. Admins can require it across the whole workspace, and staff without it are prompted until they enrol.
- Permissions that fit your org
- Eight roles across seven actions, editable per workspace. The owner role is immutable, so a misconfigured matrix can never lock your team out.
- Session control
- Set your own minimum password length and idle sign-out window. Staff get a countdown warning before an inactive session ends.
- A complete audit trail
- Every change recorded with who did it, what changed and when, including the emails the CRM decided not to turn into tickets, and the reason why.
- Isolated by default
- Every query is scoped to your workspace alone. Revoke mailbox access from the CRM or from your Google account at any moment.
- AES-256-GCM at rest
- bcrypt cost 12
- TOTP 2FA
- Per-tenant isolation
- Rate-limited API
Try it on the mailbox you already have.
Two weeks, your real tickets, your real team. Nothing to migrate, and nothing changes for the customers writing to you.
